How long does setup take?
For GTM Build: 4 weeks to build your complete system (ICP strategy, outbound offer, integrations, workflows, etc.)
For Spam Assassin: 3-4 weeks (infrastructure provisioning, DNS setup, mailbox warm-up). You can start sending once warm-up is complete.
What if it doesn't work?
We help with three things: the prospects (AI-scored for ICP fit), the messaging (personalized outbound offers), and deliverability (we reach the inbox). What we don't control: your sales process, product-market fit, or how your SDRs execute. If you're getting meetings from outbound today (even just a few), we'll increase that output. If outbound has never worked for you, we'll have an honest conversation on the discovery call about whether this is the right fit.
Is there a recurring fee?
The GTM build-out is a one-time project. If you want more help with maintaining it, we can work on a smaller maintenance basis. But many companies can run it in-house themselves.
How do you integrate with my tech stack?
We will start with using your currently tools, or recommending new ones. For all of our services, we have the capability to integrate directly with HubSpot and Salesforce via our middleware partner OutboundSync, as well as integration into Slack for notifications, email forwarding for sales rep inboxes, and custom automations that can deliver prospects into sales sequencers like Outreach, Sales Loft, etc.
